Took my first class with Instructor Luna at Silver Garden and absolutely loved it! Even with previous pole experience, this class felt fresh, fun, and just the right level of challenge. Luna creates such a positive, supportive vibe and gives great instruction. Left feeling strong, confident, and excited to come back!

Truly one of my favorite studios to attend! The view is so gorgeous along with a very serene & welcoming environment. I love learning from the amazingly skilled instructors that bring a new flair & perspective to my pole journey. The owner is very kind and helpful with the sweetest staff to accompany. Most of all, she’s kind, patient, and genuinely supportive. She celebrates your progress, no matter how small, and always finds ways to motivate and uplift her students. Thanks to Isabel, I’ve not only improved physically, but also gained confidence and a stronger connection to my body. The place is gorgeous with amazing views of Miami! The studio is very welcoming, clean, and spacious! There are poles of different heights which is awesome! You can choose shorter or taller poles (it's really cool! I have never seen that at any other studio). All of the poles are high quality x-poles. All of the equipment is clean and smells nice. Also, the mirrors are very clean :). I met Selena (the co-owner, I believe). She was very sweet, she showed and explained everything to me. On the first floor of the building you can drink a cup of coffee :) (for pick me up before your class ;) ) I'm definitely coming back, it is certainly a jem in Miami! Thank you guys!

Looove the place. The downtown loft gives the class this amazing feel. The studio is well equipped. The lovely person who greeted me was so friendly and welcoming and the yea her Rachel was 🔥. She was fun creative, empowering and just beautiful. Great first experience.

Highly recommend this studio!! Visiting for the weekend and needed an open pole session, the space is one of the most beautiful studios i have EVER been in. Luna, co-owner, is so sweet and welcoming. The poles spin pretty well, too. Really a great spot, hope to visit again in the future.

Silver Garden is honestly heaven on earth!!! I always look forward to swinging on a pole whenever I can, especially if Luna is teaching :) Everything about this place is an 100/10! The studio itself is super clean and beautiful, the views and the lighting are spectacular, the instructors are all passionate, encouraging, and insightful, and the people there are always sweet. Silver Garden Pole & Yoga Studio will always have a special place in my heart! I’m so thankful I met Luna and thankful for the opportunity to be taught by someone like her <3!

I had an incredible time here. If you’re looking for a fun and challenging experience, head to this place and hang on the pole. As a beginner, I was a bit nervous because my strength wasn’t up to par yet. But Jaydah, the instructor, made sure I felt comfortable, free, and safe to try new poses.

I took the pole 1 class on Monday I believe Carinne was the instructor and I absolutely loved it. The class felt intimate, she explained everything so well and was super supportive. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely be going back whenever I can. The studio is also super cute a very elegant aesthetic with big windows. Loved it.

The studio is really beautiful and organized; they provide you with all you mats, towels, and everything you need for the classes. I’ve got the welcome package and got to try a few different instructors and they were all very talented; will definitely be getting more classes. They are also punctual, which I noticed it doesn’t always happen in all the studios in Miami . They’re also very responsive over the phone and have been able to help me when I had any challenges in the booking app.

Loved my time at Silver Garden Pole and Yoga Studio! The studio is super clean, has all the amenities you could need, and just feels like a great space to move and flow. I love Silved Garden! The studio is so beautiful- big windows, the backdrop of industrial Miami, and the modern aesthetic with pretty green hanging plants. The poles are all high quality x-poles and the ceilings are tall so you get great height on the pole. The classes and teachers are great…Jaydah is amazing!! I will continue to drive an hour to go to this studio <3

Silver Garden Pole & Yoga Studio is absolutely stunning! The view alone will take your breath away, and the tall poles with the spacious layout make it a dream for pole play. I had the honor of meeting the incredible Jayda—listen, I couldn’t come to Miami without taking her class, you hear me?! 😙 I came all the way from NYC just to visit this beautiful studio and it was 100% worth it. I put in 3 hours of pole play and took her class—it felt like such a well-deserved treat for myself these past two days. The energy, the vibe, everything was on point. And let’s not forget, their merch is so cute! Of course, I had to grab a water bottle to bring back to NYC 🤪. I will definitely be back. If you’re in Miami, make sure you stop in for real—you won’t regret it!

It was my first time back to pole after taking a 2-year break, and I was so nervous about how much strength I had lost. The instructor immediately made me feel comfortable and supported. The studio itself is gorgeous with super high ceilings. I love that the height gives me room for more climbs. Overall, such a welcoming environment to get back into pole. I can’t wait to go back.

Silver Garden has a very good view from downtown. The instructor is very nice and gave us useful guidance. I also love the class room which is very large and has high roof. However, the class is a little crowded and you will share the pole with another person. Recommend for beginners.

I loved Rachel’s class yesterday! She is very sweet, patient, supportive, and uplifting. She made it possible to learn challenging tricks. I am looking forward to taking more of her classes soon.

I really enjoyed my first time at Silver Garden pole for their intro pole class! The studio is beautiful and set up to easily see yourself while practicing. We were greeted immediately upon arrival & provided with what was needed. The instructor was attentive and gave us each individual attention to make sure we were nailing the techniques. I appreciate the small class sizes (because who really enjoys practicing on top of someone’s head?), and the spacious, clean room filled with mirrors and natural light. I loved the studio space!!! It is probably the best studio in Miami when it comes to location. I also loved the class and my teacher was great. The class sizes are small so there is enough time for the teacher to give you some individual critiques which I loved.

Yin & Sound was a relaxing and restorative class — exactly what I needed after a long week. The yin stretches combined with the Tibetan bowls melted all my tension away. The teacher’s sweet, calming voice made the experience even more soothing. So glad I found this beautiful studio — I’ll definitely be coming back!

She was an awesome teacher being attentive to everyone and giving individual instructions. Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming. Come visit if you love pole or yoga.

She’s such a magical instructor, and is really good at modifying the combo to your current athleticism and ability. The studio is GORGEOUS ✨ the view, the vibes, the natural lighting. Silver Garden gave us the most beautiful yoga experience for my sister’s bachelorette. The space is GORGEOUS and the class was perfectly tailored to our group. We felt so held, relaxed, and reconnected.

We booked a private yoga session for my best friend’s bachelorette and it was honestly so special. The studio has the most calming vibe and our teacher made it feel personal and fun. It was the perfect way to slow down and connect before a wild weekend!
