Each week, she curates a custom menu, coordinates grocery delivery through FreshDirect, prepares all meals in your home, and leaves your kitchen spotless with fresh, ready-to-enjoy meals stored in your refrigerator.

Each service typically includes six large-format dishes designed to be mixed and matched throughout the week, often covering the majority of lunches and dinners for a family of three to four.

Menus commonly feature a large salad, soup, two proteins, a side dish, and a roasted vegetable, though selections can also be customized to include breakfast options such as a quiche or frittata.
