The ultimate on-location fitness experience with Sophia & Megan! Two besties local to the Charlotte area. We bring the energy, the music, and the movement right to you, whether that’s your Airbnb, hotel rooftop, backyard, or the park. Kick off your day with an unforgettable group workout that’s all about fun, connection, and good vibes. Our high-energy coaches lead a session that’s perfect for all fitness levels , paired with epic playlists, photo-worthy moments, and a team atmosphere that leaves everyone smiling. From warm-up to cooldown, we bring everything you need — music, equipment, and the hype so you can focus on celebrating and making memories with your crew.
Additional information:
$5 per rented mat
$10 extra per person optional charge to add bubbly/refreshments/snacks/Celsius jello shots etc.

WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE?
Mat workout class, speakers, good vibes!
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?
Please bring a mat. If you don’t have one, we offer rentals for $5 each. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothes. Class can be taken barefoot or with grippy socks.
DO WE NEED EXPERIENCE?
Any and all fitness levels are welcome! We can work with you before hand to find the vibe you are most interested in.
WHAT KIND OF WORKOUT?
Pilates fusion! Think slow, controlled movements, no intense cardio unless requested.
HOW LONG IS THE CLASS?
Sessions are 45 minutes, though we’re happy to adjust for your group.
