About this Experience
What you'll do:
Slow down and drop into presence with our special horses. In this unique meditation experience, participants are guided through breath and body awareness practices while sharing space with horses. The horses respond to your grounded energy in subtle, meaningful ways, inviting you to quiet your mind, soften your body, and open your heart. Whether you stay fully in meditation or let curiosity guide you, this experience is memorable, special, and relaxing—a perfect addition to a bachelorette weekend, offering a calm, grounding experience amid the usual mix of fast-paced activities.
We typically have this program on a regular schedule on Saturday Mornings at 10:00 am, followed by Yoga which you can book separately. We can arrange other times to meet your needs, please email, call or text.

We require closed toed shoes as this is a farm environment.
Please wear hat, long sleeve or sun protection on sunny days.
There is no riding, just a short walk to the meditation area.

What to wear?
Close toed shoes and sun protection. You are going to be in a farm environment.
What does the session include?
We start with a brief opening discussion and grounding in the event barn, then proceed down to the horse pasture where we find seats, there maybe some sound bowls as well. The horses are free roaming the pasture and each session and people bring new experiences. There is time for hanging out and taking photos at the end.
