Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to do both the ruins and the snorkeling tour together in the same day?
It's advantageous to do so because you'll only pay the entrance fee to the park once and can easily see both within a few hours. We do offer customizations, though, if you'd like to only do one or the other.
Are we guaranteed to see turles or other marine life?
Because you're swimming in the open ocean and not a controlled environment, there isn't a guarantee that you'll see any specific marine life. However, the rich environment of the reef attracts many sea animals, and there are almost always plenty of turtles, fish, manta rays, and other animals to see!
Do we need to bring anything?
Swimsuits, reef-safe sunscreen, towels, and a reusable water bottle! We provide high-quality, disinfected snorkel masks, breathing tubes, and fins, plus a lifejacket for each person. Note that alcohol, cans, plastic bottles or containers, and other disposable plastic items are not permitted in the park, ruins, or beach zone. There are spots to refill water bottles and stores or restaurants where you can purchase water, snacks, and food. The snorkel tour offers a shaded, protected area where you can safely leave your belongings while you're on the boat.
