Catamaran was easily booked through the batch app. Our Captain Matt was very respectful and patient with our bachelorette party. He had a lot helpful tidbits of information about SD and marine animals as we sailed the harbor, which was nice!

This was such a hit for the Bach trip! The catamaran was clean, fun & Captain Matt was awesome!

Fun Cat Sailing adventures is certainly your best choice for a cruise on San Diego Bay. As soon as we booked our cruise I knew we were in good hands with Captain Ryan. The comunication was clear and detailed we met up at the dock and headed down to the boat, a sleek and beautiful craft. Nothing compares to zipping across the bay under sail calm and realxed with just the sound of the waves against the hull. The Catamaran is the perfect way to experience San Diego with a glass of wine in your hand and the wind at your back safe in the experienced hands of Captain Ryan. He knew the bay like the back of his hand and knew exactly where the best wind and weather would be in the microclimates of the bay. Not only was he a skilled sailor he was also an exclent photographer and could adjust the rudder to line us up with perfect golden hour lighting as he took numerous pics for us. He even answered all my numerous questions and taught me the basics of sailing. I could not have asked for a better evening. Perfect for a special occasion or just date night!

We LOVED our catamaran sail with Captain Ryan!! Great communication and accommodation when the weather didn’t cooperate! We enjoyed a sisters weekend in PB and this was a highlight for everyone. Captain Ryan offered drinks and gave great info and answered so many questions!

Captain Ryan took my daughter on her first sailing trip ever! He gave her a lesson on driving but the rest of the time she loved riding on the bow and watching the water go underneath. We stopped for a swim break and the water in San Diego Bay was much warmer than the ocean. His catamaran was so swift and smooth, such an incredible feeling. We will definitely be back with friends this summer and book their bigger catamaran.

Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I are interested in sailing so Ryan taught us all about it! All while taking amazing romantic sunset photos of us enjoying our sunset wine. Definitely one of our best date so far(5yrs)! Ryan gave us the tour of San Diego's huge bay in record time with the silence of the rad sailboat. We had plenty of time to take photos and relax while our captain steered us into the best time. 100% would recommend this 👌 👏

My sisters and I had a wonderful day sailing with Captain Ryan for my 60th birthday. He made sure we were comfortable by providing blankets and drinks, and suggesting where to sit for the best experience. Ryan took the time to share his knowledge as we sailed through the beautiful waters and even pointed out dolphins for us to enjoy. Unforgettable, Peaceful Adventure on the Sea. We spent a beautiful night on Captain Ryan’s Catamaran. Wow the family loved it and we keep talking about the cozy, heart opening time we spent together without distractions. Rare night together. It was almost like a slice of time I’ll never forget. Pictures don’t do it justice. Large and well kept boat - amazing views with wonderful views and a cool host/Captain.

Ryan was an awesome captain! He took my fiancé and I with a couple of friends on a sunset sail to capture some wonderful engagement photos. We had an absolute blast, such a great experience. Will definitely be back again for another fun filled sail!

Matt was an amazing skipper! carried our heavy cooler up into the boat and was willing to take as many pictures as we needed. Made the whole afternoon a breeze for us on best friend’s bachelorette party!

Such a fun experience and one of the coolest ways to see the San Diego and Coronado skyline especially with the fighter jets flying overhead. We had Capt. Ryan who was very professional as well as engaging with all of the guests in our group. The boat was also immaculately clean and organized. And we actually sailed! Motors were off and sails were up as we glided through the water creating such a peaceful experience. 10/10 from start to finish! We look forward to booking another sail with Fun Cat!

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I celebrated my 40th birthday with 10 people and there was more than enough space and comfort for everyone. The captain was fantastic and fit right in with the group. I highly recommend using this charter company, owners were amazing and made everything so easy for us to just show up and relax!

We had such an awesome experience with Fun Cat Sailing! Our Captains Ryan and Morgan were super friendly and great hosts. They even had service before arrival with their detailed texts answering our questions and directions on where to park/meet. And during the experience, they went above and beyond pouring drinks, bringing us to the best views spots, and even letting us go for a swim. Our group got to experience beautiful views of Coronado and downtown on such a lovely summer day. The sail was super smooth, and my group had an amazing time listening to tunes and sipping on some wine. I highly recommend them for any of your sailing desires! Whether you’re a local or a tourist, it is a stellar experience!

BEST DAY EVER! Recently had the pleasure of experiencing Fun Cat Sailing Adventures for a friend's 40th bday cruise. It was a VIP A+ experience from beginning to end. Captain Ryan is amazing and so accommodating to our needs from a spotless boat to killer play list. The boat was beautiful with amazing seating in the front to enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hell of a day at sea!

Fantastic trip! Celebrated my Birthday with our extended family on "Tigress" yesterday afternoon. This beautiful 30' catamaran provided very comfortable & stable accommodations for all our family members ranging from age 8 to 80. I appreciated Captain Ryan's invitation for our family members to actually sail the boat and trim the sails. The speed, silence and smoothness of "Tigress" under sail (no motor) is unmatched. My friends and I went out with Fun Cat Sailing for a bachelorette party in October. They were so easy to coordinate with, payment was straightforward, they're reasonably priced, the boat was PERFECT, and Captain Matt was a great captain. I would highly recommend booking with Fun Cat Sailing, I will absolutely book with them again if i'm in the area.

Captain Matt took my friends and I out for a bachelorette cruise and it was AMAZING! We brought poke bowls, drinks, and “last sail before the veil” decorations. Matt was friendly, helpful (he assisted with decorations and was willing to take great group photos!), and kept us out much longer than we had paid for - so lovely! Within our time, he sailed us around the bay, to a warm (75 degrees) swimming spot, past a pod of seals, to a sunset view, and along the downtown skyline. Perfect size boat for our group of 10, I think up to 12 would be comfortable.

SO MUCH FUN! We booked this for my bachelorette party and it was one of the best things we did all weekend. We had Matt as our Captian and he was awesome and so much fun to hang with and talk too. The booking experience was also seamless. It's BYOB and we packed our own cooler for booze and food. I would recommend this to anyone visiting San Diego, or even if you already live there and want a great experience on the water.
