We began my sisters bachelorette trip with a wonderful class on the beach with Jamie 🩷 we felt connected and grounded! The ocean waves with the yoga was wonderful. Would totally recommend. Ended the class with Rose 🩷

From the moment we met her, she asked about everyone’s experience and comfort level and tailored the class to exactly what we wanted ; whether we wanted it to lean more toward yoga or Pilates. The playlist was INCREDIBLE and every song matched the movements and vibe perfectly. Don’t let the fun atmosphere fool you though; it’s a legit workout! We were definitely feeling it the next day. Ending the class with cold towels and a glass of rosé was the perfect touch. Such a fun way to get a workout in while still feeling like you’re on vacation.
