Your group will have exclusive access to the entire space, including our cold plunge tubs, traditional saunas, red light therapy booths, Normatec compression lounge, and mobility floor, all featuring state-of-the-art technology and products designed to optimize recovery and performance.

During your private rental, the studio is entirely yours to enjoy. Our staff will be on-site and available if you have any questions, but will allow your group full privacy throughout the experience. With Bose sound, dual TVs, and the freedom to bring your own decorations, food, beverages, or technology, you can create a truly personalized event tailored to your group’s style.

Bodywork services are also available upon request as an additional add-on to enhance your group’s wellness experience.

We specialize in creating unique group experiences that promote health, connection, and balance. Whether it’s a company offsite, athletic team recovery, or a wellness-themed celebration, our team delivers a seamless and rejuvenating experience from start to finish.

Additional information:

• Group size: Up to 30 guests

• Duration: 2 hours (custom timing available upon request)

• Fee is $500 per two hours plus $50 per person during the weekend. Custom prices and quotes available for other times.

• Availability:

  • Weekends: Private studio shutdowns available after 4:00 PM

  • Weekdays: Earlier sessions available with advanced scheduling and larger shutdown contracts

• Age limit: 18+ (under 18 permitted with guardian supervision)

• Attire: Swimsuits required for cold plunge

• Refreshments: Outside food and beverages welcome
