I’m transferring from Balkantyne location to Goodyear location. I was very apprehensive because as a natural health practitioner. I require a lot of personal attention. Sadly many RN’s don’t have the patience or skills to deal with my strong personality. However, Mrs. Adriane Robbins is AMAZING! ! 🙏🏽 Knowledgeable, patient, listens carefully, and all with a smile and a soft tone. Most important she knows how to access my small rolling veins. OUTSTANDING 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you. I didn’t think I could find someone like her here in Arizona, but God has blessed me again. I’m truly thankful. Oh, wait did I not mention the owner Mrs. Shelena who is supremely amazing with her knowledge, her attention to detail, her passion, her drive and her genuine care for each client that walks through the door. Unfortunately I've been to more than one of these IV places when I'm working in Phoenix. Not only was the staff amazing the massage chair was something else. I was going to say you get what you paid for but they are reasonably priced and well worth it!

All the staff are so nice and professional. They have a lot to offer in the IV packages. I purchased a membership and really look forward to going every month to get my IV and injections. When you leave their office, you feel well taken care of.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Let me start by saying, I had to be literally dragged in by my sister. I’ve always hated needles and never thought I’d be someone getting IVs. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and professional. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Maggie and the team are absolute pros. I didn’t even feel the IV go in! Yes, seriously, not even a pinch. They’re that good. I’m someone who’s all about self-care: I get my hair, nails, and facials done regularly. But this, this has become the service I look forward to the most. Not only because of the physical benefits (hello hydration, energy, glowing skin!), but because of the way I’m treated here. They remember your name, your preferences, your story. You’re not just a client, you’re family. This place has completely changed the way I feel, inside and out. I walk out of every appointment feeling like the best version of myself. If you’re even thinking about trying an IV, don’t wait. Just go. You’ll thank yourself and probably wonder, like me, why you didn’t start sooner. Truly obsessed. Forever grateful. 100/10 experience every single time.

I recently visited Prime IV Hydration and Wellness, and I can't say enough good things about it. The owner and staff are simply amazing. My intake specialist, Rain, was incredibly attentive and helped me get the services I needed without any pushiness. They only discussed what was best for me based on my medical situation. All the staff members are well-educated nurses who clearly love what they do, making them the perfect team. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous, with two different sitting areas—one for members and one for everyone else—both very comfortable. They also have two IV rooms: one for members with massage chairs and another for everyone else. No matter where you sit, everything is comfortable, the aesthetics are on point, and the ambiance is amazing. Everyone treats you like family. I would give Prime IV Hydration and Wellness more than 10 out of 10 stars if I could!

Shelena and Rain are absolutely amazing. They are both very knowledgeable. Shelena explained everything to me beforehand and what the difference is and for possible for future IVs and benefits. I get IVs often and I felt like I knew more about them today than I ever have including understanding the ingredients. Rain did my IV and I have extremely hard veins to find. She was able to get me on the first stick. They are both very kind and just awesome people to be around. The place overall is a spa feeling, I had the champion IV (reccommend) , oxygen, and sat in the most comfortable massage chair I’ve ever experienced. They have wellness water. I wish I could give more stars.

This place is legit!! Walked in feeling extremely dehydrated and walked out a whole new woman! I'm a retired ER nurse and observed that the nurse who helped me know what they're doing, and use sterile technique. They're also ER nurses and very sweet, so you're in good hands while there. That massage chair was everything! I will def be back, even just to sit in that chair again!

Had a great experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness located in Goodyear Arizona!! The staff was beyond amazing and my overall experience and atmosphere was great! Definitely worth the visit and would recommend to anyone interested or looking for an IV hydration experience!! I would also like to recognize Maggie and Adriane :) They were both excellent and so very helpful in my experience at Prime IV in Goodyear!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I generally get my IVs at home. This place may have changed my mind. Chairs are amazing!!!

I’m SO grateful for this amazing little place. The staff are all so knowledgeable, kind hearted and confident. One of my concerns having a sensitive thyroid, and just being human is methylated vitamins. This location is up to date with a lot of the “recent” findings in terms of what is good for our bodies and what isn’t. Prices are more than fair for someone on a budget. The memberships they offer make it easy to set up a plan for success to make sure anyone is putting what they need in their bodies and really putting our bodies first. THANK YOU to all of the staff here that made my experience and my partners experience so great. Oh and the massage chairs… idk where to begin. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a massage from a human that did what these chairs are able to do…. Not that humans don’t do great massages too - just a different experience altogether in all the right ways. I will def be coming back and will recommend to friends and family! Again thank you for all that you do!! - a quick update: I tried the NAD injections and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a fresh start!

Worth the price I called ahead people rock my lovely lady was awesome she even educated me on everything even helped with membership info she really went out of the way for me

I have to thank shelena she is Amazing, Top Notch. the entire staff here is great , I've been at this location multiple times and every time they exceed my expectations. They are very professional, thoughtful, and compassionate . You can get a iv anywhere, but here they care about there customers and make sure your getting everything you need to feel your best . This place is LIFE CHANGING! I have been coming here for quite some time. I should have done a review sooner. I used to be on three different Blood Pressure medicines. Since I started coming here I have lost over 65 lbs over the last year and am no longer on any medications. Between the OUTSTANDING staff and their knowledge of treatments I can not say enough good things about this place. You feel like family after being here. I have a crazy work schedule but they are so accommodating I never have had a problem getting in. Stop by and get an IV or try one of their weight loss programs. They will NOT Disappoint!

Ive been here a few times now and it never dissapoints! Rain is very nice and today I got to meet Ashley and she was amazing too! I got lucky with the same nurse each time. Her name is Maggie and she is so gentle and understanding. I came in half dead today, literally… and because of Prime, I got a back massage, recovery liquids, and good company.
