Friendly, professional and organized. My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing massage while on vacation. The mobile service allowed for us to care for our toddler in the comfort of our own space. We will most certainly use again and would recommend!

We've used Pure Knead twice for a Couples Massage and have been very pleased. So much so that we already scheduled a 3rd session. We really enjoy the ease and comfort of having the massage done in our own home. Instead of jumping up to get dressed and drive home after the massage, you can just stay in your comfy pj's or robe and continue to enjoy the relaxed state the massage leaves you in.Besides giving a great massage, the therapists are prompt, professional and courteous. My husband and I booked an at-home couples massage this weekend with Adele and Veronique, and both therapists were wonderful! Besides their excellent massage techniques with light stretching, we were pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, friendliness, and quick set-up and take-down process. We were thoroughly relaxed and in a blissful la-la-land state afterward! They both wore masks and were fully stocked with sanitizing agents. It was an enjoyable experience that we're looking forward to doing again!

We've scheduled massages on 3 separate occasions - 1 couples massage & 2 for my wife. The scheduling team has been very communicative each time. The massages were life altering...AND in the privacy & comfort of our own home. The masseuses arrive on time with their own tables, music, sheets, etc. All you have to do is relax and enjoy. It's truly a phenomenal experience.

I requested a massage and got a same day masseuse Embree set up in my room. She was so awesome and professional. I had a relaxing experience and felt less aches and pain after. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. I hope she grows further in her massage therapy career.

This was my first professional massage, and I have a standard set now for massages moving forward. We ordered a couple's massage, and the best part is that they come to you! We just had to wake up for the day, and the two lovely ladies arrived with their massage tables. Both massage therapists were amazing, and they helped set expectations as it was our first time. Barely 2 minutes into the session and I was already on cloud 9. They did amazingly well at feeling out our muscles to customize the experience based on how our muscles would react, and if/when we visit the area again we'll definitely be setting up another appointment. Not only were the massage therapists amazing, but when I called the business beforehand to check on couples massage availability, he walked me through the online ordering form and made sure everything was set up correctly. Thank you for the perfect ending to our little weekend getaway!

I have used Pure Knead Massage several times and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The therapists are all top notch. What I love most is that you can book your appointment the night before or even 2 hours before you want a massage! I've never been able to have that kind of service. You can also give gift certificates. Great company and an awesome experience.

Best massage I ever had in my life!! Highly recommend them!! I am an athlete and training hard .I just completed a marathon and I was in a lot of muscle pain. Lani was able to bring me back to training overnight!! If u want to recover well and don't injured invest on this group and yourself for sure!! My husband and I have been using Pure Knead for probably about 3 years. We absolutely love them, so much so that we currently get massages every other week. We have our regular two masseuses, but everyone we have ever had has been fabulous! They have great customer service, amazing booking process, communicate effectively, and the best people!

So easy to schedule online and love that they follow up with email and personal phone call to confirm. Maria was amazing - she came to my home early, prepared, and was excellent! She was very understanding of my needs and modifications and the perfect balance of professional and personal. Loved the whole experience of at home massage; Maria brought a sound machine, table, pils, hot towels, etc. so it was the full spa experience without the stressful drive! Absolutely worth every penny! Highly recommend this service and Maria in particular!

Adele came to visit my home for a massage. I work from home like most folks due to the pandemic, and with back to back meetings I didn’t have much time to stretch, thus I had excruciating pain on my neck, upper back, and shoulders. She arrived early to set up and wore a mask the entire time during the massage. She had a very calm energy about her which helped me relax as feeling stressed seems to be the norm for me. She was able to target all of my pain points and the pressure was great, almost a feel-good painful at times when she worked out my knots. highly recommend!

One of the massage therapists was amazing the other one was awful. They arrived at different times too. It was great having people come To the house, but the one therapist didn’t seem like he had been trained

We had five girls in our group and only two massage therapists showed up to our house. We were not told only two would be showing up as it put us way behind in our schedule for the day. One of our girls decided not to do the massage so she could have time to do other things in AZ. If you are going to use this service be sure to expect that it will take hours to do if you have a larger group. The massage therapists did a wonderful job otherwise.

I was completely impressed with Pure Knead Massage in Scottsdale. They helped make the entire booking process seamless. I was advised to book more massage therapists and consequently we were able to evenly space the massages and leave enough room for our morning. Thank you everything! I have had many massage so many times within the 45 years years of my life, and I have to honestly say my massage therapist Tiffany was so awesome, she arrived plenty of time to set up her equipment, and time chat with me to understand my concerns, and what type of massage I needed. Truly a beautiful person, great listener! But the best part she didn't talk during my massage except to ask if the pressure was OK! I have booked 2 more session with her, this will be my permanent therapist!

Booked a few in-home massages for a Bachelorette party in Scottsdale - had them come to our airbnb, the therapists were super sweet and accommodating - HIGHLY recommend!! Price point is great for in-home sessions, and the bride said it was probably the best massage she's ever had. Will def book again if we're back in the area :)

We had a great first experience with Pure Knead. We did a couples massage with Lacresha and Embree and they were wonderful. I love getting cupping done so it was great that Embree could provide that as well. My wife had nothing but good things to say about Lacresha also. I love the convenience of being able to schedule on the weekends and have them come to your house. One of the toughest issues with getting massages for me is low availability and only being able to get an appointment M-F. So it was nice to have cupping and massage at home.

I hosted a bunch of my friends for a weekend getaway at my vacation home in Scottsdale and booked pure knead massages for everyone. We had a wonderful experience with them. It was easy to book and super convenient. The massage therapists were on time, professional and very skilled. I loved how we didn't need to leave the comfort of my own home to have a fabulous massage! Already trying to book another massage!

Our girls really enjoyed these massages. During the booking process, it was easy to add and remove anyone who could no longer make it. Then, during the actual experience, the girls said it was super relaxing and a nice touch to add to a busy weekend. They were also able to provide a prenatal massage; just make sure to remind them the day before or day of so they bring the right masseuse.

The masseuses were amazing! Just the thing we needed during a trip filled with drinking and partying they gave a quality service and we had 8 women that received massages 2 to a room and it never felt like an impersonal experience. Highly recommend and would do it again.

This isn't your $500 spa massage treatment.... its BETTER!!! I am almost at a loss for words on how outstanding not only the massage was, but also their professionalism, knowledge, and abundance of massage skillset. I can honestly say this was the best massage I have ever had, my goal was to decrease my shoulder tension using trigger point therapy and by golly it worked! I look forward to continuing to use pure knead massage and their services. Highly recommended!

The massages were amazing. One of the best I’ve ever received. The only thing that wasn’t great was communication. We weren’t sure how many masseuses were coming since we had a large party so it took a lot longer than we anticipated so not sure if there was a way to better communicate that with us.

It was the perfect activity to help us all relax the night before heading back home. Highly recommend this activity and booking with BACH.

We booked 6 last minute massages for my friends bachelorette party and they moved things around to make it happen! Everyone was very respectful of our AirBnb and the massages were soooo wonderful!! The girls who didn’t participate regret that decision immediately.
