• Your choice of location: Practice on the sand with the Pacific as your backdrop, or flow in the outdoor space of your rental. If you're staying somewhere with a good open-air deck or backyard, that works too.

Jamie is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and RN, BSN with close to a decade of personal practice and formal training completed in Ubud, Bali. She holds additional specializations in nervous system work and pelvic floor yoga.
