• Once your booking is confirmed, a detailed confirmation email along with your private charter contract will be sent shortly after. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folder just in case. Leading up to your departure date, we will provide updates via DM and/or text to keep everything running smoothly and seamlessly.

• Charter Time: Your charter time is limited to the hours booked and paid for. Please arrive early, as we are unable to extend charters for late arrivals. Captain Selection (Included in Price) We recommend selecting one of our approved captains for a smooth experience. However, as a legal bareboat charterer, you are entitled to select any qualified captain of your choice for the duration of your charter. A mandatory sea trial is required prior to departure for all non-approved captains.

• Weather Policy: All charters operate weather permitting. Planned activities should be discussed directly with your captain upon boarding. We cruise rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe or extreme. If the charter must be canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, you may reschedule your charter at no additional charge.

• Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure are non-refundable. - Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount, excluding processing fees. - If the owner is able to rebook your reserved time slot, a 100% refund will be issued, excluding processing fees.

• A 20% gratuity is highly recommended and sincerely appreciated by our hardworking crew who help create The Paradise Experience.
