• The chef handles all prep work offsite and seamlessly utilizes the client’s kitchen and equipment for final execution.

• Clients are responsible for providing tableware, flatware, glassware, and other service items. Rental options are available upon request.

• Table setting and beverage service are the client’s responsibility unless service staff is present.

• For seated dinners with more than 8 guests, a Captain is recommended to assist with serving and clearing.

• Captains, Servers, Bartenders, and Sommeliers are available upon request.
