KT was an awesome instructor, and catered to our every question or need! My mom and I did the SUP yoga tour, and had a great time paddling and especially loved the yoga part! As a local to Savannah/tybee, she gave us lots of food recs as well for our week on the island. A great experience and we will book another activity if we ever return to tybee!

What a day of Tranquility! This was my first time ever stepping foot on a paddle board. I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially because I haven’t done yoga in quite awhile. KT greeted me with an ice cold bottle of water and throughly explained the ways to paddle board effectively and safely. After doing some stretching and paddle boarding through the water, KT anchored us in the middle of the back river beach so we could begin the yoga session. KT is an exceptional instructor. She catered to my needs and really helped me gain a sense of tranquility while on the water. I felt completely safe during the whole experience and I was actually shocked with what I was able to accomplish while on the paddle board. I felt rejuvenated afterwards and I cannot wait for my next session with KT.

KT is such a wonderful instuctor! She takes the time to make sure you feel safe and in control while on the board. She is very patient and offers a variety of solutions, making sure you’re as comfortable as possible. The yoga portion was also wonderful! Her soothing voice in addition to being out on the water makes for a peaceful, but still challenging (or as much as you want to be challenged) class. I can’t wait to get back out on the water with her for another class. Don't miss out on such a great experience!
