Even though the weather conditions weren’t ideal, Dean stayed in constant contact with us and was open to rescheduling, which we really appreciated; however, we did not have to reschedule. He was easy and fun to work with, making the photoshoot a relaxed and enjoyable experience.Dean also recommended must see spots for us while on vacation. Cheryl is the real deal! We needed quick photos for our wedding "save the dates", and Cheryl was able to make our vision come to life. Had a few complications confirming the shoot and booking a photographer. They ended up canceling our booking the day before the shoot. The Batch team did everything they could do help though.
