What type of fitness classes does FIT BACH offer?

FIT BACH offers a variety of fitness classes including Barre, Pilates, Barrelates, Yogalates, Yoga (vinyasa or slow flow), Aqualates or Aqua Yoga.

What is included in the experience?

Accepted Answer

All equipment, props, and music are included in the class, plus a small gift for the Bride. Mats, Pilates balls, booty bands and light weights are included for Pilates and Barre classes. Mats and lavender eye pillows come with Yoga classes. Aqua classes also include some props, along with pool noodles. Music and a custom playlist if preferred, is included with all classes.

Can the fitness class be customized to my group's fitness level?

Yes, all FIT BACH classes are customized for all levels. Whether you're a total beginner or an experienced Pilates Princess or BARRE Baddie ;) the class can be tailored to suit your group's needs. We can also accommodate pre or postnatal clients.

Can we have the class at our vacation rental?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! FIT BACH brings the fitness class right to your Palm Springs party pad. Just wake up and head straight to your mat!

Can we choose our own music for the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can request specific songs, an overall vibe (like throwbacks or all Taylor Swift), or you can even send us a Spotify playlist to use that you've already created.

What should we wear for the class?

Accepted Answer

Participants can wear any type of active/yoga wear. You can choose to be barefoot or wear grip socks for the class. Swimsuits required for Aqua classes as we will be fully in the pool!

What happens if the weather is too hot for an outdoor class?

Accepted Answer

If the weather is too hot, indoor classes can be arranged. We've always been able to accommodate by simply moving some small furniture around if needed. FIT BACH ensures that you have a comfortable and enjoyable fitness experience.

Are there any add-ons?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can add a mimosa bar to enjoy after your class to get the party started early! If you're craving a more chill vibe, you can add-on a relaxing Sound Bath - typically an addition to Yoga classes but can also be added to a Pilates/Barre class.

What is the duration of each class?

The experience is approximately 1 hour including set up, take down, and getting some group pics!

Can we take photos or videos during the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes, group photos and videos can be taken before, during, and after the class. It's a great way to capture the fun and excitement of your fitness party! Your instructor can use your phone to take pictures, or can send you anything they take after the class is over.
