Founded in 2021 while I was pursuing my Master’s in Public Health at UC Davis, Mentally Waisted was born from my own journey of healing and self-discovery. Waist beads gave me the confidence and energy to embrace my true self, and I wanted to share that empowerment with others.

This brand is about more than jewelry—it’s about creating a safe space for women to love themselves fully, heal at their own pace, and celebrate their 100% authentic selves.
