How long does it take to create a custom piece?
The process is very quick. Depending on the complexity of your design, the process can take as little as 5 minutes or rarely no more than 30 minutes.
What metals do you offer?
We offer Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled, and 14k Gold. These metals are best suited for constant wear.
How do I care for my Permanent Jewelry?
Avoid harsh and abrasive cleaners. Avoid applying perfume, lotion and sunscreen directly to your jewelry. Wash with gentle soap and water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly and polish with a jewelry cloth.

What are your prices?
Prices for Sterling Silver and Gold Filled are $65 for bracelets, $85 for anklets, $120+ for necklaces, and $25 for rings. Charms and connectors are an additional price. 14K gold is priced based on chain.
What is your warranty?
All sales of Permanent Jewelry are final. We will reweld at no cost if you need to remove your piece for surgery.
