This was easily one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Tulum. We originally booked it because we wanted something different from the usual beach clubs and excursions, but we left with so much more than we expected. The detox yoga session was the perfect way to settle into the experience, and the guided ice bath pushed all of us outside our comfort zones in the best possible way. The sound healing with the crystal bowls was absolutely beautiful, and the herbal tea ceremony was the perfect ending. It felt like a complete reset for our minds, bodies, and spirits.

We booked this as part of my sister's bachelorette celebration, and every single person in our group loved it. The entire experience felt intentional, peaceful, and incredibly well organized from the moment we arrived. Paulina guided us through each step, so all we had to do was relax and be present. Sharing the ice bath experience together brought us closer, and the sound healing session left us feeling deeply grounded. Even the wellness gifts at the end were such a thoughtful touch.

Paulina is a wonderful facilitator. Her calming presence combined with soft and soothing voice invites the energy of peace letting you relax and drift away into a space for reset.
