Best part of our weekend was the yoga. Abbey is so sweet and fun. She brought yoga mats and all the stuff for our class plus she gave our bride a gift. This was a treat.

We had a huge group of 14 girls on the rooftop of our Air BnB for our yoga class. It was so special. The class was perfect for everyone. We even had two pregnant girls. It was just what we hoped for.

This was a great way to start the day. Our instructor was very nice and adjusted for all skill levels. She was very accommodating when our rooftop got rained out and helped us make space.

Yoga + Mimosas was the perfect way to start our weekend in Nashville. This class was energetic and upbeat and FUN.

Highly recommend Namaste Nashville. Jen taught our class :) She was hilarious!!! It was exactly what we hoped for, not too serious but real relaxing. We have zero yoga experience but she made class relatable and most of all fun.

Omg. We were blown away by this yoga class. Everything was perfect. The yoga was so relaxing, the playlist was spot on, the teacher was so fun. No one wanted class to end. Highlight of the trip for sure.

Namaste Nashville provided the sweetest yoga session for my friend's bachelorette party! The instructor was so kind and so fun. It was such a great experience. All the girls loved it. They adapted the session to fit our desires and levels of experience!

We loved the class. Perfect balance of stretching, strengthening and vibey, zen relaxation. The sound bath at the end was pretty much the best moment of my life.

After a long night out on the town, our private yoga session made for a great way to decompress and start our day on a great note. The instructor even made adaptations for those who limitations with their bodies.

We used Abbey for my friend’s bachelorette trip to Nashville. She came to the air bnb with all the essentials. The class was so relaxing and we had an absolute blast. The atmosphere was great and so was the music. We ended the class with a champagne toast to the bride. Abbey is an amazing instructor. If I am ever back in Nashville I will definitely use her again.

Abbey was amazing. She made my friend's Bach perfect! She was very easy to work with and gave our yoga time a personal touch.

Abbey was the BEST!!! She came 100% prepared (mats, music, speaker, mimosas, cups), and had amazing vibes from the start. She was so warm and made everybody feel comfortable. This was the perfect jump start to our bachelorette weekend shenanigans! Would recommend over and over and over!

This was the best hour of the entire Bachelorette weekend. Ahhhhh we all needed it. Relaxing, stretchy, dreamy, lavender scented, sound bowls, just heavenly. Do yourself and your group a favor. Book this session.

Our group had such an incredible experience working with Abbey to coordinate a sunset yoga class (with champagne toast!) for our friend in celebration of her birthday! Abbey was responsive and flexible- in fact, we had to make some last minute changes due to weather and she was GREAT to work with. She ran a phenomenal class-in fact, she incorporated a very sweet moment where we set intentions for our sweet friend on her birthday- it was a very touching moment and it meant a lot to the birthday girl. I would absolutely recommend working with Abbey!!

Abbey came to our Airbno for a girls trip. Abbey is absolutely fantastic! She's so vibrant, kind, and an amazing teacher. We had such a good yoga session with her, and our session ended with lavender scented face towels. I would highly recommend Abbey for any event! She's responsive and so easy to work with.

Fun class!!

We have very little yoga experience but Abbey made us feel as if we had years of practice. Everything was provided for our private class. She brought the yoga mats, music, good energy and scented towels. It was an awesome experience. I used this private lesson as a bonding experience to ask my brothers to be my groomsmen.

Abbey is great. She was very responsive to my physical needs, and her teaching style is wonderfully breath focused. She provides clear corrections and praise, and her flows have great structure. I loved yoga with Abbey! She was so encouraging and presented so much diversity in the type of stretches during the session, along with teaching us the proper breathing techniques, and catered it to our level of expertise. I felt amazing afterwards! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and super flexible and accommodating to our needs. She was also super responsive when it came to booking. All we had to do was show up and she brought everything we needed. I would definitely recommend her and will likely use her again!

Abbey is great. She will tailor the practice to suit your needs and levels. Challenging but relaxing. I've practiced yoga for 25 years now and Abbey knows what she's doing!

Abbey was SERIOUSLY AMAZING! She was very responsive leading up to the class, and made it out to our location even after a big storm came through and trees blocked some road access! She led a stellar yoga class - it was exactly what we were hoping for in a class. I am a certified yoga teacher, and I wanted a special class for my birthday - I could not be happier that we found Abbey for the role. Teaching a private yoga class in someone's home is different from teaching in a studio or gym, and Abbey clearly knows what she is doing to navigate some of the dynamics when people are in their own space. Not only did she lead a great class, but she did not miss a beat when some of the class participants would start talking or step away from class. She allowed us to be comfortable in our space, take breaks, and explore the yoga shapes. Her cues were very helpful and we all felt great after the class. She is friendly and professional.

This class inspired our bride to join a yoga studio in her hometown. It was so relaxing, and a great way to start our trip! The instructor was kind and helped us do moves that were appropriate for our bodies. We already talked about coming back and doing another private class for our other friends bach party!
