As beginners, the staff was extremely helpful with providing us with valuable do’s and don’ts. We were also about 20 minutes late because we got a little confused on their exact location on the bank of the Cherry Creek reservoir and they were totally understanding and we still got to enjoy our full two hours on the water. It was well worth the money for such a exciting new experience.

Great experience with Rocky Mountain Paddleboard. It was easy to book online, they were really flexible when we requested last minute to switch to a different time, the staff was super friendly and happy, and the reservoir was just great. We went with a group of 5. Some of us liked to get a workout from paddling, some liked to float around leisurely on the board, and everyone got the hang of it easily. Equipment was all in great shape. Great group or single activity for those who just love the sun and the water like we do!

What a great SUP rental experience! The people in the office who rented to us were very professional and knowledgeable. Then Brannan walked us down to the beach and gave a brief rundown on how to safely enjoy paddling on the reservoir. He welcomed us back and was very friendly and helpful. The paddleboard worked great-it was my niece’s first experience and she did great and we totally enjoyed our 1 hour rental.

Rented paddleboards for two hours ($20 for one hour, $30 for two hours) at Union Reservoir in Longmont. Rocky Mountain Paddleboard managed the rental kiosk. There was only one person on duty (I think they were short-staffed), but she was AMAZING. She handled getting returning paddlers in to shore safely, managed getting a large group of adults and children geared-up and safely on their boards, and for first-timers she made sure she fit the board and paddle length to the person and then provided a short, but clear tutorial on using the gear and paddling for success. She did all this cheerfully and with a smile. The reservoir had limited boat traffic, so there was limited motor noise and wake. There was a lot of room to paddle without feeling like being in a crowd, though many boards were on the water at the same time. I'd definitely rent from this site again.

Our extended family (25+) meets at Boulder Rez once a year for a day at the lake. The older generation grew up skiing here, and we've added tubing and paddling. We can all play on the lake and create sweet memories. Book online, book early, save $ and get a discounted entrance into the Rez. Had an amazing time at the Full Moon Paddle boarding at Cherry creek reservoir. It was a fun experience, loved that there was a dj, snacks and lights for the boards.

Great night!!! Everything went so smooth. Easy to park, and check in was a breeze. The staff were helpful and informative. Emphasis on safety and fun. Good DJ & food. And we lucked out with the weather and the moon was beautiful. Highly recommend.
