What you'll do:

I create a sacred space for your group to flow and connect to your bodies: a nourishing experience to open, close, or provide a mid-way reprieve in your celebrations! You can choose the style of yoga (energizing, grounding, calming, etc), and I always include high-vibe gifts for all participants and extended Savasana with sound healing and essential oils.
