This was so fun!! Meg was absolutely amazing and it was such a great start to our day. Cannot recommend this enough!!

We knew this was going to be an amazing experience, and it sure delivered! Erika customized our workout perfectly which was challenging but still relaxing. The music and vibes were 10/10 and afterwards I could tell we all felt amazing and energized for the rest of the weekend :) Highly recommend!

We had the best experience with Meg & Jessie! They led a great class, brought the energy and kept everyone working hard to sweat. Would 10/10 recommend & will book another class when we are back!!

We had the BEST time with Pushups + Prosecco! I honestly didn't know what to expect but consider me a fan girl now. Sarah was an excellent instructor and Atlee kept everything so organized - our entire party had a great experience and would absolutely book again!

Pushups + Prosecco was such a great class to book for our Bachelorette trip to Nashville! They were super professional & on top of coordinating the day, set up, etc. On top of that, Sarah was a super fun & funny instructor - she was the perfect balance of hyping us up to work hard but also letting us know that it's ok to take breaks & mess around if we felt like it :) Would 100% recommend booking them for your next event!

The workout was amazing! Meg was our trainer, and she was so sweet and personable. The workout was hard but still fun! We were left sore (which is what we wanted). The little polaroid shoot we did at the end was more fun than I expected. The music was great! I had to change locations last min bc it was hot, and the team was very accommodating and communicative. def recommend if you have a fit workout girlie bride!

Meg and Danner were incredible! They brought the heat (literally and figuratively) and the energy to kick start our weekend in Nashville! We had the best time and would highly recommend to other groups!

I booked this for my friend’s bachelorette, and would rebook in a heartbeat. Erika and Morgan were so sweet and arrived early and got us all setup so quick. The class was a great workout on mats and I had multiple girls tell me this was their favorite activity we did that weekend. It’s such a fun concept and the service was amazing! Them coming to you makes it super easy to coordinate on your end, which is much appreciated.

Erika and Meg provided the most fantastic experience for our group’s New Year’s Eve celebration. The playlist was fantastic and catered towards what music we enjoy, keeping the energy high and making the workout enjoyable.The overall vibe was fun and energetic, creating a positive atmosphere throughout the class. Erika did an excellent job catering the workout to all levels of fitness, making it inclusive and accessible. The experience was definitely well worth the money spent, and it added a unique touch to our New Year's Eve celebration. I’d highly recommend booking P&P for any event, and we’ll definitely be booking again soon!

Book this for your bachelorette party! I love how they come to your airbnb so you do not have to drive anywhere! They came ready to party and we had so much fun. The workout was so good and they had different modifications so that everyone could participate.

Erika is the best! She does an incredible job of designing the workouts to be adaptable so they're inclusive for everyone and still get the group a great workout. She goes above and beyond to make sure the event is fun; from a custom playlist, to Polaroid pictures, to Prosecco after the workout. I highly recommend Pushups + Prosecco to groups of Nashville locals or anyone visiting for the weekend!

Erika was AMAZING! I’d taken some of her other workout classes before and loved them, so I had high expectations. :) She and her teammate Rudi showed up 30min before our workout to set-up. They made a custom playlist for our Halloween weekend birthday party event, and shared it with us after. They took cute Polaroid photos and set up the mats beautifully for a great fall backyard workout. It was a highlight of our group’s weekend. Not too strenuous, but perfect to start out our festivities. Highly recommend for visitors and Nashville locals alike!

Probably our favorite part of the trip! Erika texted us the day before to confirm and get any last minute requests/needs. She was on time, personable, and SO FUN! She came prepared for all levels of fitness and we had a blast! Cannot recommend enough!

Omg where to begin. I had my bachelorette party in Nashville and Erika and her team came to host a custom workout for us on the first morning. Our girls couldn’t stop talking about how much fun it was and how glad they were that we kicked the weekend off with the workout. It made us all get our butts out of bed and get the day started because we scheduled it on the earlier side, Erica and her assistant showed up early bringing the energy, smiles, and killer playlist, and not to mention the Prosecco! She and her assistant were so wonderful, they have the process down everyone was having so much fun, and at the end we all got a toast of champagne and photos with a Polaroid camera! We had women spanning the Age range from 21 to 51, and a seven month pregnant woman and everyone felt comfortable to do the class. there were 14 of us total and I was surprised to see the vast majority of the group participate and enjoy the work out!! I felt so energized and healthy ahead of a long weekend of partying, and I felt very fit our pool day 🤣. Erika customized it so that everyone can feel comfortable and have fun. I highly recommend this for any group!

Erika was AMAZING! Her workout was truly the highlight of my Bachelorette Weekend. My girls and I had the BEST time with her and loved every moment of the workout and after-party! Five stars is not enough to express how wonderful Erika is!!!!!
