How many guest can I bring?

Accepted Answer

The sailboat is licensed for up to 6 guest plus the captain and 1st mate for a total of 8 on the boat.  Two boats may be used to accommodate groups up to 12 guests.

Question 2

What if my group doesn't want to swim?

Accepted Answer

No problem, you may customize the 5 hour trip to include only sailing, sailing and swimming or just sailing and hiking.  It's your choice!

Question 3

What if it rains? Can I cancel or do we still have to sail?

Accepted Answer

If it rains we cancel and you will receive a full refund as I don't like to get wet as well!

Question 4

Where do we board and where do we sail

Accepted Answer

We meet and board BAYLIFE at Elmwood Township Marina and sail on Grand Traverse West Bay to nearby Power Island and return to Elmwood Marina.  Parking is directly at the boat with special parking permits we provide to you,

Can we bring food and beverages?

Accepted Answer

YES, you may bring food and beverages of your choice and we provide coolers, Ice, glasses, plates, utensils and swim towels.  We also provide standup paddle boards, floating lounge rafts and floating chairs.
