The owner has other businesses and isn’t always in the office so it is by appointment only, which is totally understandable but I didn’t realize that when I made this part of our itinerary. When I called, he was so polite and made arrangements to meet us there almost immediately anyway! During the process, he explained every single detail on how he would weld it and even taught us about how he personally tests each and every piece of jewelry to make sure they will withstand the test of time. So so so polite and respectful. Highly recommend this business!
