What’s included with the beach cabana rental?

Your setup includes a pink or white fringe cabana, beach chairs, towels, a mini table, a cooler stocked with ice, a Bluetooth speaker, and beach games. Everything is set up before you arrive, so you can start enjoying your beach day right away.

Question 2

How long does the experience last?

The beach cabana setup is available for 5 hours. Your dedicated planner will coordinate the details beforehand so everything is ready at your scheduled start time.

Question 3

Can I customize the setup for my group or event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can work with your planner to add custom decor, themed touches, extra cabanas, additional seating, umbrellas, catering, and other enhancements based on your needs and availability.

Question 4

What happens after I book?

Accepted Answer

After booking, your dedicated planner will reach out to confirm your preferred beach location, cabana color, and any custom requests. They’ll handle all the details so you can simply arrive and enjoy your day.

Question 5

What happens if it rains the day of the event?

Accepted Answer

If there’s a 50% or higher chance of rain in the forecast, you can choose up to 48 hours before your picnic to move the setup indoors or reschedule your event (subject to availability).

If you still choose to proceed, you’ll be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the weather risk, and please note that once the setup is completed as booked, the experience becomes non-refundable.

You’ll also have up to 90 days to reschedule or adjust your booking details, as long as the new booking is of equal or higher value.
