Your session is thoughtfully tailored to your crew’s energy — a sacred space to slow down or move your body, connect, and celebrate with intention before (or between) the festivities. Mats are provided, and a curated and personalized playlist sets the tone for your practice.

About this experience partner:
I'm a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a background in nursing (RN, BSN), and a deep belief that movement, breath, and community are some of the most powerful forms of care there are. I've practiced yoga for the better part of the last decade, and completed my yoga training in Ubud, Bali, with additional training in pelvic floor yoga. Through Lunavive, I offer bespoke private yoga classes for bachelorette parties, birthdays & sacred celebrations in San Diego— at your Airbnb, private home, or on the beach. There is something deeply sacred about gathering in close community, carving out intentional space, and moving together to commemorate and celebrate moments big and small. I would be so honored to hold space for you and your people.

Do we need to have yoga experience?
Absolutely not. Every class is designed to be accessible to all levels, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. I adjust for the group's energy on the day, and cater to your group’s vision.
Do we need to have mats & props?
Mats are included for groups of most sizes, and additional props can be added on by request. I'll let you know exactly what to have ready when we confirm your booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Full refunds are available with 7+ days' notice; I'll do my best to reschedule if life happens closer to the date.
Can you host at our Airbnb or rental home?
Yes! This is one of the most popular options. Just make sure the space has a clear area of roughly 8×4 ft per person. I'll handle everything else.
