The BEST class! Jamie is so intentional with everything. I loved the hands on adjustments and the music was so good I even asked for her playlist afterwards! I know it can be hard to find a teacher you resonate with since there are so many options, but I can’t recommend Jamie enough. You won’t be disappointed. One of my faves in all of SD.

Jamie was the perfect instructor for my friend Maria’s bachelorette party in San Diego! She put together a customized class for our group and added personalizations that made the morning feel so special and surreal. She provided mats for our large group and secured the perfect spot at a stunning beach! I would absolutely recommend Jamie for your bachelorette or special event gathering.

I loved taking class with Jamie. She clearly prioritizes well-being and comfort over perfect poses which helps to foster a safe and non-judgemental space to practice yoga. She explicitly invites you to listen to your body and take a child’s pose or breathe when necessary, while still providing an option for a physically challenging class. I highly recommend Jamie for anybody looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and intuitive yoga teacher.

Jamie taught a farewell yoga for our group of friends as one of our friends is moving away at Santa Cruz beach. It was such a special and moving experience. She even customized the class to our particular circumstance, provided the mats, and offered hands on adjustments. As I was 6 months pregnant, jamie did a phenomenal job providing instruction and modifications to all of us. Would definitely recommend!

Me, my wife, and my father took a yoga class with Jamie while on a family vacation. None of us do yoga regularly, and Jamie was able to come to our AirBnB, cater to us with a casual ambience and made it really fun and enjoyable! She provided all the mats as well which was huge while we were on vacation. As a beginner I learned a lot  and it was just a super fun group experience. Would have been a ton of fun to do with a group of friends as well.

In January, we rented a beautiful home near the beach for our family in Encinitas. Jamie, our private yoga instructor came to our home and taught a yoga class for our group on a spacious outdoor deck area near the pool. Our family really enjoyed the experience. Some of us were beginners, others more experienced in yoga. She took care of us all, and thought of every detail to make the session a great experience. Jamie was helpful with the least experienced, to others who have been taking yoga for a while. We will definitely ask for Jamie to come teach us again next time we come back to the San Diego area. It was one the highlights from our vacation.
