Papabubble started in Barcelona in 2004 to bring old-school, hand-pulled candy making back to life. Its candy makers turn the process into a live show that guests can watch up close and then try themselves. What do we need to have ready?
A 10 x 10 ft space, two nearby outlets, access to water, and a doorway the candy table can fit through. Everything else is provided.
When do we arrive?
We will arrive about an hour before to get set up and make sure we're pouring sugar at the beginning of our time slot. It takes about 30 minutes for us to clean up.
Can we drink?
Yes - but remember, we're working with 300 degree sugar, so please partake responsibly.
Where does the class take place?
