Papabubble

Visiting Houston, looked up some fun things to do and this place came up and did not disappoint! Daisy was an amazing instructor with our group and we all seemed to be having a fun and laughing just about the whole time. Would definitely recommend visiting and trying it out and would recommend Daisy!

Such a fun experience! We took the lollipop making class and had a blast learning how to make and shape our own lollipops. Travis and Daisy were awesome, so fun, patient, and helpful the whole time. They made the class even better! The candy shop is so cute and full of unique treats. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun activity!

Daisy was very kind she let us vent. Very fun. Recommend the lollipop class.

Daisy was the best person ever Definitely recommend

It was such a fun experience! I definitely recommend going with a group of friends! It’s also super kid-friendly, making it a great outing for the whole family.

Was amazing friendly staff fun for adults and kids 5 stars

A treasure box of tasty treats. Staff was kind, informative and made the confectionery experience magical.

Forgive me while I let my inner child run loose but this place is absolutely amazing! Incredibly kind staff, delicious samples, and skilled craftsmanship. Papabubble also does custom orders so keep them in mind for special events. We tried flavor-packed candies, delicate marshmallows, bacon caramels, and their new Gummy creations, and we cannot wait for more of their holiday flavors to be made. We learned that on Fridays and Saturdays, they make candy all day if you want to come watch. I suggest being patient on those days because candy is hands-on and I can guarantee they get packed. I can't wait for more of their caramel flavors to be released, I missed out on the coffee one. They also have super sour candies and Tajin if you like. I can't wait to test out more.

Excellent hard candies at this candy shop. Their soft caramels are also great. Kids loved their store which had great parking. Will 100% go again

First time visiting with my gf, and some friends and their customer service was beyond awesome. Very warm welcome, they offered taste tests to several sweets! Overall a very nice visit. Btw if you are looking for a good sour candy that sticks the entire way through….pls give them a visit and purchase their sour mix, it changed my life.

Live in NYC and got as a gift from family! So so so yummy! Perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth and also super flavorful. The details on the candy are crazy good too :) #supportsmallbusinesses

Love this place. Candy and service is awesome

Custom candy!!! The gentleman showed me how he created it and gave me a sample to taste it. They can customize your flavors and candy 🍬 designs, I'm coming back next week to get some with our company logo!!! My favorite flavor is the cinnamon, but it's hard to choose I also loves the ginger 🫚 lollipop 🍭 …

We stopped by to pick up a gift card and lollipop on our way to a birthday party and had the most delightful experience! The shop is adorable and owned by the SWEETEST family… pun intended! My kids were fascinated by the candy making process and what we tried was delicious! We will be back very soon!

Neat candy shop with customization available for occasions. You can watch them make it!

This is such an imaginative and transformational sugar product! If you want to be impressed, go visit Papabubble and present your sugar idea to the candy artisans, they will not disappoint you! 🍬🍭 Love this cool and custom candy store in the heart of Houston, TX

Stopped in today on lunch and met with an enthusiastic staff! They were generous sharing samples and truly cared about the feedback. I purchased the sour mix and was advised it isn’t like other sour candy that the sour last through the WHOLE candy. It was absolutely perfect and everything I’ve wanted in sour candies! Added bonus is it’s made in house so check out the ingredients list! You won’t regret this stop in the Heights!

Went there this morning to check out the store. Great place! The candy is awesome and we got to watch them make lollipops, of course we had to buy some as well. I highly recommend visiting this store.

We had a wonderful experience with Papabubble! Seeing that no local stores carried their delicious product in New York, I reached out about the best way to get some candy. I received a thoughtful and immediate reply from Jesse sending great suggestions and culminating in a wonderful assortment of candy for our daughter’s Birthday. He truly ended up going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Such beautifully crafted, unique, and delicious candies! I ordered a few different flavor mixed from their website, and each one was more delicious than the last. Fast shipping and friendly customer service as well. Could not recommend more, and can’t wait to check out the shop someday to watch the candy being made.

This is my favorite candy shop in Houston. They make the candy right in front of you and turn it into magical designs that you can buy. It's really good too - all sorts of different designs and flavors. My kids could watch these wizards craft their candies for hours. I'm having them design a custom order with my company's logo right on the candy. I can't wait to pass them out to my customers!

Ordered these as party favors for a baby shower! Appart from being so delicious (blueberry flavor) they were beautifully crafted and designed, definitely exceeded our expectations. The packaging was perfect and it grabbed everyone's attention. We'll come back for future events (Christmas party, Valentine's, etc.)

These candies are so cute! Such a fun and unique gift. They taste good too 😋 …

I stopped in today to get some hard candy like the candy my daughter and I like to watch be made online. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by two friendly folks who were making candy. I told them my daughter loves to watch candy made and asked if could take a picture. They told me, “of course” and then helped me get a better angle and then gave me a sample of the still-cooling hard candy. While I was paying for a bag, one of the two folks brought me a bag of odds and ends from something they were working on “for my daughter who loves to watch candy made.” All three people I met working in this adorable shop were great! I can’t recommend it more. (As a bonus, there is parking on-site!)

This place is so much fun!! My fiance and I went for a date to make candy. It smells so good when you walk in! The class is a lot of fun, and you get to keep the candy you make! We ended up being the only two in the class so we got to do everything ourselves and keep so much candy! I definitely want to go back again!

I've been meaning to come here for a while and finally made a trip out. The staff was so nice and friendly and the candies are so delicious and unique. So happy to have found such a fun local place! Hoping to come back and do one of the candy making classes soon!

The texture of their gummy candy and creativity with flavors is second to none. I like their long lasting hard candies. The shop is very cute and clean and fun if you bring your kid with you.

I randomly found this vendor on a google search and I am so glad I did. Jesse was really kind and responsive all the way and was highly communicative through the whole process of designing, making, and delivering a custom candy order. The flavor and the design was on point and exactly what I asked for. He was also generous with sending over the extras he had produced so I received much more than what I asked for. The order was completed and arrived much earlier than I hoped for, which is great! He shipped the candy over from Texas to California, and the candies were so carefully packaged, there was no damage. A small group of people in this world hold their jobs at a higher standard and regard their duties with extra pride and effort, and Jesse is definitely one of them. A true work of art, that is also tasty. Thank you

The candy's taste, texture, and ingredients are the BEST in Houston. The owner's service is AWESOME! I am so thankful we finally have handmade candy nearby, I might just cry.

their candy satisfied me at first taste and never got that boring mood afterwards. The space is very clean and the workers there are very welcoming. I would say this place is very underrated by how so little people know about this place. Try it out sometime, I truly recommend it.

We celebrated my "29th" birthday at Papabubble with an amazing candy making experience. We had a group of 8 and everyone had the best time as we chose custom colors and flavors to create a delicious treat! Jesse and Joyce were the greatest hosts and we left with bags of candy, full stomachs, and cheesy smiles on our faces! We felt the joy of a kid in a candy store...literally! Would 100% recommend the experience for all ages or even just stop by to grab a treat and check out the place!

Really cool spot. Owner is really nice and attentive.

Absolutely heavenly please! Very hard to choose though…. We love it!!!

The guy that served me today was very pleasant. The customer service at this establishment is immaculate. He made every single transaction personable with everyone I seen him take care, he even gave me a gift because Father’s Day was over and they had extra. This is the customer service that keeps me coming back I will definitely be using them for events.

Awesome place! Staff are so friendly. All the candy we tasted and purchased was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Awesome place with a ton of options no matter what kind of candy you like. One of our new favorite places!

Amazing candies, everything we tried was really good. Very nice people. The green apple and watermelon flavors were my favorite!

Such nice customer service and friendly staff!!!!

Can’t wait to go back to this place! We walked in and they were making a fresh batch of candy - the two ladies working were so nice they offered us samples of the candy they were making (which was still warm and tasted heavenly) and we were offered a sample of their gummies. We ended up buying 5-6 different flavors and they had teacher thank you bags which we bought for gifts also! Got home and tried the Sour candy and WOW I will be going back just for those!!!! I am a sour lover and most sour candy is sour to start and sweet to begin but not this - it was the perfect amount of sour and it was throughout the entire candy. My family really enjoyed everything and the workers were super sweet and were just kind of chit chatting with us! They told us about the candy making classes they do in the evening and we will definitely be signing up for one of those!

I found this place by walking by and decided to go in with my family. Joyce was very kind from the start and knowledgeable about the items sold in store. She also had great recommendations for my 5 year old. Everything is made from scratch in house and packed with flavor. I definitely recommend coming here! Thank you Joyce for being such a kind hearted and welcoming person! We will be back to support this business and let others know as well.

I have never been to the shop personally, since I live a few hours away, but my aunt gave me some of their candy. I have only tried the Texas mix and the sour mix. They are AMAZING! I just recently placed an order online to get more. The sour mix is a favorite. It stays sour all the way through, and the flavors are on point. Definitely worth the shipping fee. If I'm ever back in Houston visiting family, I will definitely try to stop in the shop!

Review from 11 yo daughter: I would give this 50000000 stars if I could! And I have a million reasons to do so, most of them being the staff. They’re so nice every time I come, and it’s sweeter than the candy, which leads me to another reason. The candy tastes delicious, and I wouldn’t even call it candy because it’s so much better than any other. The candy doesn’t taste very artificial, even though it DOES have artificial flavoring. For example, I had a candy that was cherry flavored, and it actually tasted like cherry, whereas if I was eating something else, it would just be extremely sweet. Thank you so much, Papabubble!

I picked up an order from here and I am obsessed! The flavors of everything are so good. The level to detail in their designs and flavors are top tier. The amount of candy I got will last me for a while but the next time I have an event I will have pappabubble in mind for yummy party favors! The staff was so kind and helpful explaining the flavors and options they have. They have hard candy, gummies, sour candy, and i think home made marshmallows. Also they have themed candy and do custom orders. I was also given a fresh complementary cookie and I thought that was so kind.

The owner was so kind to accommodate our group so we could all get there to watch the awesome candy making! Joyce, Hector and Tessa was so friendly and patient with all our kids (and we had many!) They explained the process to us and we were amazed. The kids had a blast and all the candy was really good! We're so glad there is one in Houston, because we've been looking for a candy store like this for awhile. Definitely will be back for more goodies!

Amazing candy and the customer service is top notch. Felt truly at home and it was so fun to strike up some conversation with the folks there. You can tell they’re passionate about their craft and the delicious candy is a reflection of that. Love the marshmallows but the hard candies are a work of art!

Jesse has definitely got himself a great little set up in the Heights. It's very informative about what they offer, and the candies are absolutely delicious. He also gave me really good information on the classes that they hold for groups of four to eight. That's something I plan on looking further into in the future. Stop by there and get you some candies. It's definitely worth the trip and the money.

Such a cool candy shop with handmade hard candy and Marshmallows. The staff was so friendly and informative about their candy making process. The candy is so good and homemade in store. Lots of free samples as well! A must see in The Heights!

This place is awesome! We got to watch them make candy and they took the time to explain the whole process to us! They even gave us samples to try, and they are delicious! Must go back to buy more flavors!

This was a great event to add to our summer camp for in-house event. Fantastic job on your candy-making presentation! Your passion for the craft really came through, and it made the entire session both fun and informative. I loved how you broke down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-understand steps, and your visuals were mouthwatering and perfectly timed. You struck a great balance between educational and entertaining, which kept everyone engaged from start to finish. It was clear you put a lot of care into your preparation—well done!
