What you'll do:

Each Downward Doghouse Yoga session is a 60-minute, fully customizable experience designed to match your group’s vibe and goals. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a slow, relaxing flow, build energy with a vinyasa-style class, or enjoy a balanced mix of both, we tailor the session to you.

Your event will include guided movement, breathwork, and time to connect and have fun with your group—all in a supportive, laid-back atmosphere. We provide everything you need, including mats, blocks, oils, and other materials—just show up and enjoy. BYOB is welcome, so you can sip, relax, and make the experience your own. No experience is needed—just come ready to move, unwind, and have fun.

Why we love it for your party:

• We can bring a sound system (to play songs of your choice OR use our playlist!)

• Mats, blocks, oils, etc. will be provided by Downward Doghouse!
