Best thing I've done for myself in years! Suffered from back pain issues for a long time, and thought nothing short of surgery would help. Started taking Ryans yoga classes and I feel like I'm ten years younger. It's always a fun and welcoming environment, no matter where class happens to be. Affordable and with plenty of class times to choose from, more people should be learning from her!

Downward Doghouse Yoga is an amazing company to work with! Ryan taught our Pups & Pilates class and she did a tremendous job! Not only did she lead the class with pups in mind, she also took photos and videos of the dog moms. I am definitely working with Downward Doghouse again!

A private class with Downward Doghouse Yoga was the highlight of my bachelorette trip! Ryan totally matched our vibe and the rooftop yoga session at our Airbnb was such an amazing, healthy way to start the day. She made us so comfortable and had the best energy, which resulted in a fun and unforgettable experience for us all. Cannot recommend enough!
