How many people can attend?

This experience is designed for up to 10 guests. If additional guests arrive, your booking will automatically move to the next pricing tier, pending space availability.

How long is the experience?

Your group will enjoy 120 minutes of private access to our recovery lounge and services.

Question 3

What should we wear?

Accepted Answer

Proper swimwear is required for sauna and cold plunge use. Clothing is not optional. Towels are provided, and you may want to bring a change of clothes for after your session.

Question 4

Can we drink alcohol before or during the experience?

Accepted Answer

No alcohol is permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Question 5

Are there limits on how many people can use each service at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for safety and comfort:

Cold plunge: 1 person per tub

Infrared sauna: 1 person per IR sauna

Traditional sauna: up to 5 people

HaloRed light therapy: up to 3 people

Our staff will help guide rotations so everyone gets a great experience.

Can we bring food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

Tea and water are provided. Outside food is allowed in the lobby only. Food is not permitted in any devices or therapy areas.

Can we sit in the lounge after using the cold plunge or sauna?

Accepted Answer

Yes—but guests must be fully dry. Wet clothing is not permitted in compression therapy, massage chairs, or on any leather furniture.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
