Caitlyn is a master at starching and shaping hats. She was able to revive a 25 year old 4x Beaver felt Bailey that I just didn’t want to let go. This is where I will be bringing the rest of my hats before rodeo season. Excellent service and all sales associates do their best to make you feel special.

We had the absolute best experience at Mavericks. Kaitlyn and Vanessa were simply amazing and so incredibly helpful. The process was pain free and so fun. I was worried since most hat bars don’t have a lot of options in large hat sizes, but Maverick’s has so many great choices. I had the pleasure of being helped by John at Maverick's of Scottsdale, and let me tell you, this East Coast girl in the Wild West was in for a treat! I was on the hunt for some western gear, and boy, am I glad I found this place. John and the crew were AMAZING! I scored a pair of boots (and lucky me, they were half off that day!)—cue "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" vibes. But the real surprise? I got a custom-made hat that I absolutely LOVE.
