Sophia was a terrific guide to our sound-bath experience. She started our Sunday morning for my friend’s bachelorette with essential oils, cooling towels, blocks, mats and a calming presence. She was straight forward and informative and extremely nice!! I would highly recommend her and Saltwater Wellness to anyone!

The fact that I didn't have too worry about a thing! She came with all the equipment needed. We did a yoga class followed by a sound bath that was beyond peaceful! Would recommend for any small group gathering.

Sophia gave the option of a hybrid class that included both yoga and mat pilates. It was perfect! The best mix of strength, movement, and yoga. It was challenging without feeling overwhelming, and I felt stronger and so stretched. Ending the class with cool lavender towels was the cherry on top! So refreshing! Highly recommend booking her for a Bachelorette weekend session.

I had Sophia come out to my place for my 30th birthday and give my friends and I a sound bath session. It was extremely relaxing. We all left so rest and revived at the end of the session. Would highly recommend to book a sound bath session with her or add it to a yoga session. <3

We had Sophia come for a mat pilates / yoga session. It was such a fun activity to include in our bachelorette weekend. Sophia was so friendly, fun, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. She arrived early and had all of the equipment set up before we started. Every single girl in our group loved the class as it was the perfect mix of movement, laughs, and relaxation. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

She was the best! This is a great activity to start the morning with, she came for a bachelorette party and set up and provided everything. We had some scheduling issues on our end and she was super flexible on still making it happen for our group. Highly recommend!
