What happens during a sound bath?

Guests arrive and find their place to remain for the duration of the sound bath. We begin with deep breathing and meridian line tapping to calm and center the body and mind before simply lying down, closing the eyes, and deeply relaxing as layers of sound from the instruments wash over them. Guests are welcome to sit up at any time or remain lying down—whichever feels most comfortable. The experience promotes deep rest, calm, and mental clarity.

What should we bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. You’re welcome to add any personal items (eye mask, water, journal) to help you relax fully.

How long is the session?

What happens when the sound bath finishes?

As the final tones fade, the closing gently unfolds with the awakening sounds of wind chimes and a misting of essential oil of your choosing—I often recommend rose for its soft, heart-opening scent. We then transition back into silence as guests are given 5–15 quiet minutes to reorient, stretch, and ground before sitting up. I offer a closing space for reflection or questions if desired. The intention is to leave you feeling clear, rested, and fully present before re-entering your day.

Do you provide all instruments and setup?

Yes — everything is provided, including instruments, ambiance lighting, and setup/cleanup. You just provide the space and enjoy the experience.

Can this be held outdoors?

Absolutely. A peaceful outdoor setting is wonderful for sound baths, weather permitting. Please ensure a relatively quiet area and a flat space for mats and instruments.

How many people can join?

Sound baths are safe, restorative, and highly beneficial for the vast majority of people, but may not be suitable for those who are extremely sound-sensitive, prone to migraines triggered by tones, or who have serious auditory or neurological sensitivities.
