We’ll set up everything for your crew to sip, snack, and snap Instagram-worthy photos — think plush pillows, vibes, sparkling drinks, and a full custom tablescape. Perfect before Broadway or as a laid-back break in your weekend of fun. Just show up ready to toast the bride and enjoy the vibe — we’ll handle the rest (and the cleanup).

If the temperature exceeds 90° any day outside of July 1st through August 31st the picnic must be rescheduled or held indoors for your safety.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, champagne, or anything you'd like to enjoy. We also offer charcuterie and mimosa add-ons if you want us to handle it.
Can we add drinks or games?
Yes! We offer upgrades like drink station, favor bags/gifts, and shower games if heads up is given.
What if it rains?
We’ll work with you to reschedule, move the picnic indoors, or apply your payment toward a future event. We watch the forecast closely and will communicate with you 24–48 hours in advance.
Where will the picnic be set up?
We typically set up in scenic parks, but we also travel to Airbnb backyards or private locations.
