We’ll set up our signature hat bar at your location, where each guest chooses their favorite hat and personalizes it with premium hat bands, ribbons, feathers, embellishments, and custom branding. Our team will fit, steam, and shape each hat so everyone walks away with a memorable keepsake they’ll actually wear long after the party’s over.

What types of hats do you offer for events?
We offer two options: Custom-Fitted Hats; Individually sized, shaped, and styled on-site, with hatbands, branding, and embellishments. We also offer, One-Size-Fits-All Hats/ Adjustable with a flex band, styled and embellished on-site.
What is included in the price per hat?
All hats include styling, shaping, and embellishments such as hatbands, feathers, playing cards, and branding (letters, numbers, and select symbols).
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date, especially for peak wedding seasons.
How much space do you need for set up?
We require a minimum 10x10 space and access to power for our steamer.
How long does the hat styling experience take?
On average, guests spend about 5–10 minutes at the hat bar, depending on customization choices. We have worked as quickly as 3 minutes per hat. Keep in mind we bring enough staff to keep the process moving so everything is done seamlessly. For smaller more intimate groups we take more time per hat.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, The deposit size depends on your event size.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We are based in Brentwood, CA, but we travel throughout California and beyond (we have gone as far as Atlanta, Ga.). A travel fee applies depending on the location.
