Best yoga class EVER!!! We had an absolute blast with Swami Mosa during my bachelorette party. The yoga practice was accessible to all levels, and most importantly, totally hilarious with just the perfect types of inappropriate jokes for a bachelorette party. I don't think I've laughed so hard while working out! For the rest of the weekend we kept calling back all the jokes and bits from class - overall it was a special and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

For someone who doesn't typically enjoy yoga, Swami Mosa has me officially yoga obsessed! Part adult entertainment hilarity, part yoga, and part mimosa happy hour, Swami Mosa left me stretched, laughing, smiling, buzzing, and pumped up! I'm definitely going back whenever I can. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. Bring your girlfriends, bring your lovers, bring your buddies... you'll be grateful you did.

Swami Mosa is unlike anything else—part yoga, part stand-up, part existential revelation. Ended up there as the token guy accompanying a bachelorette party, expecting to just get through it, but somehow walked away stretched, centered, and laughing harder than I have in years. The flow is real, the wisdom sneaks up on you, and the comedy is just straight-up brilliant. If you think yoga is too serious, this will change your mind. If you already love yoga, this will make you love it more. Absolute must-try.

What a blast! I was initially hesitant hearing about Swami Mosa and calling it "yoga", but after taking the class I was really appreciative of the discernment from an ancient wisdom practice and the playful guidance with interactive poses. It was a mix of laughter, asana flow, and sweet relief from the pressures of modern studios and classes. I appreciate how Swami Mosa sprinkles in tidbits of wisdom with a comedic tone and offers variations to be accessible for every body. Experiencing it in different settings, I was impressed with the innovative cues and jokes that make it appropriate for a wide range of audiences.

A little shangri-la of Mimosa and yoga with this Swami! Bringing all the 5star jokes to the floor, you can rest assured you’ll be leaving feeling beautiful and on top of yourself, or your neighbor!! A soothing, most appropriate, musical delight will accompany your journey toward a full transcendent glass of bubbles. Movin and groovin is the specialty Om in this space! Bring your most accepting self and you will not forget, nor regret, Swamimosa!

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just in it for the fun, this class is an absolute must-try. Swami Mosa has mastered the art of turning yoga into a party, complete with champagne! Trust me, it's an experience you won't want to miss.

Without a doubt the second most fun you can have in downward dog! I am by no means a big yoga human, but this was a blast and I’d recommend for one and all!

I found Swami Mosa Yoga as an activity for my sister in laws bachelorette. It was absolutely the best experience and was perfectly paced for the group we were with. The instructor is hilarious! The location is spectacular as the class takes place on the edge of the lake. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and ready for the night out. Highly recommend! Will definitely be joining again next time we're in town, thanks Swami Mosa!!

Open your chakras and close your bandhas! Swami's knowledge of Sanskrit is second only to his knowledge of early 2000's Hip Hop. He'll get you into so many positions that you'll be reaching for the Plan B the next day! But don't worry, Swami's magical program is perfect for first time and expert yogis alike. Pop open a bottle and unleash your inner weekend warrior!

Swami Mosa Yoga is unlike anything I would have ever expected it to be. It’s a total “pattern interrupt” for your body, mind and soul! Who would have ever thought you’d be belly laughing during a yoga class!? This is the ultimate activity to bond a group, be it a birthday party, bachelorette party, office gathering or a wellness retreat (which is where I just participated in the class.) It’s hard to put into words what you will experience but just trust that it’ll be different than any yoga class or group activity that the participants have ever done! What a unique, fun way to engage as a group. I’m definitely hiring Swami Mosa for upcoming events. Highly recommended and 5 stars! You will not be disappointed!
