About this Experience
What you'll do:
Join Swami Mosa as we take yoga where it was never meant to go in this hilariously inappropriate parody of the influencer bastardization of yoga! Your yoga flow will be spiked with brand-new poses unique to Swami Mosa Yoga. Your self-proclaimed guru will guide you through all of it with outrageous cues and unsolicited yoga and life guidance.
Why we love it for your party:
Yoga (Yes, this IS still a yoga class! This beginner-level flow will be just the right amount of movement to make you feel better about the rest of the abuse you are subjecting your body to at your party)
Comedy (Why sit through a comedy show when you can move your way through one?)
Mimosas (This is a party, after all!)
About this experience partner:
Swami Mosa Yoga is an incredibly unique experience you can only find in Lake Tahoe! Swami Mosa has been performing his original craft in Tahoe since 2021 to the delight of thousands of visitors and locals. Often called the highlight of a Tahoe bachelorette party, this is the activity you didn't know your party needed and one you will never forget!
Additional information:
Intended for an audience 21 and over. If any attendees will be under 21, please contact the host to discuss.
Despite the playful themes, all attendees should be sober for yoga. And that should not change for the duration of class.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the yoga class last?
The full experience is one hour long, and yoga last for roughly 45 minutes of that.
What if I've never done yoga before?
Don't worry! The yoga itself is an all-levels, beginner-friendly flow. Swami Mosa is happy to cater to the experience levels of your group. In fact, you may have a difficult time settling for regular yoga in the future after experiencing Swami Mosa Yoga!
Are mimosas required?
Of course not. They are just a prop in our irreverently modernized version of yoga. Everyone though, should have some sort of beverage on hand for class - whether that be water, coffee, or something more advanced.
