How do I get to Candlefish?

We are located at 110 Newbury St, between the Copley and Arlington stops on the Green Line MBTA. There are several parking garages near our store, and street parking is available.

What will my candles be made out of?

Accepted Answer

Your custom candles will consist of a soy-wax blend, and a mix of natural and synthetic oils.

Question 3

Does Candlefish hold Off-Site Events?

Yes! Our off-site events bring our Custom Candle Bar Experience to you - fill out our Off-Site Event inquiry form to get in contact and learn more.

Question 4

How far in advance should I book my event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking 1 month in advance for private workshops, and 1 week in advance for public workshops. You are able to book up to 3 months in advance.

Question 5

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop?

Accepted Answer

For our private events, we offer full refunds up to 1 week in advance of your event, and 50% refunds within 1 week of your event. We are happy to reschedule anytime.

Question 6

Do you offer catering?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow catering in our Signature Candle-Making Workshops - the class is very structured and doesn't allow time or space for food. We do allow catering in some of our alternative experiences, such as our Custom Candle Bar Experience, for parties who aim for a more relaxed candle-making experience with time to mingle and snack.
