Was visiting my cousin in Newport Beach and wanted a fun activity, so we decide to reserve the "Paddle Pub" for a 90 min tour. The sun was shining, the beer was flowing, and it was really nice to kick back and share some laughs while cruising about on the water with family. We really enjoyed the day, and the boat captain was a lot of laughs. Will likely do again when the next time I visit!

My broworkers and I were planning a joint team outing for our teams. Most other duffy boats have a maximum of 12 people and we had a bigger team than that so we searched for a larger option and stumbled upon the Paddle Pub that fits a maximum of 16 passengers. The 90 minute Private Brew Boat ($590) which includes a captain and a deckhand, bluetooth speaker on the boat for you to play your jams, and you can bring your own brews, limited to closed canned beverages. Good times! They have a parking garage, but the majority of us just lyfted/ubered down for safety. Prior to the event, we were provided the waiver links to share with our team. Everyone had a change to review the waivers and sign prior. On the day of the event, they ask that everyone arrived 15 minute early, and they will be checking IDs to confirm the names of the waivers signed. We had Lily as the deckhand who was helping us for the day. After we were all checked in, we were lead into their docks and boarded the board, where we met Captain Joe. Captain Joe started off with a safety speech, and from there we were ready to party. Keep the boat fairly balanced, don't all run to one side, not too many people at the front all at once, the front is on the opposite end as the Captain. There were 10 pedaling seats and an area in the front. This boat has a motor so the pedaling is optional but it's for funsies. Good for groups of 12-16. Also remember to Tip. They have their venmo information up, or afterwards they send you an email asking you how your experience went, and there is an option to tip after that fact if you were unable to on the day of the event.

We celebrated my friend’s 50 birthday and had a great time! Sunset was beautiful! The captain and the host were very nice. I would book this again for sure .

This was truly a fun evening! Love that we had a captain and first mate that maneuvered the boat so all we had to do was enjoy our time at the boat parade! Job well done Paddle Pub!

We planned our work summer party event with our SoCal team on the Newport Beach Paddle Pub with Captain Anthony and his super helpful deck hand Albert yesterday. What we loved about this experience was that it was very easy to book ahead, and we were able to add additional headcount the day of. We had plenty of reminders and communication ahead of our date from the company. They called us at pick up time to see if our party was present and ready to board. They helped us load our cooler and food onto the boat. They allowed us to play our music playlist from their Bluetooth speaker on board. We had a party of 13 and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to roam about and chat. It was a very relaxing and smooth ride with beautiful views of the Newport Harbor. The deck hand Albert was also very accommodating of our many picture requests. Thank you for showing us a wonderful time! We definitely recommend Paddle Pub Newport Beach Tours and would book again in the future!

I brought my friends who were visiting from out of town and we had the BEST time on the Paddle Pub! Plenty of space, amazing Newport harbor views, and the staff was so friendly! Highly recommend for visitors and locals alike - there is nothing else like it in the harbor. Thanks for the awesome time!

We did a bachelorette party with Paddle Pub Newport Beach and had the absolute best time! It was the most beautiful day & the crew was amazing! They had ice for us to keep everything cool and they were so attentive :) highly recommend for a fun group activity! Thanks guys!

We rented the whole boat for a family birthday! The captain and host were super nice and the tour was great. We were able to play our own music with ease! Definitely recommend!

WE HAD THE BEST TIME!!!! The staff was very professional and friendly. The boat was very clean and a safe environment. We got to explore all around the harbor which is a sight to see! You will not regret booking this!

We did a bachelorette party on the paddle pub and it was amazing. There were 8 girls on the boat and there was plenty of room. When we wanted to pedal the captain turned off the motor and let us just pedal . When we got tired he turned the boat on and drove us around. The staff and captain were really professional and patient with us. We cruised around the harbor and enjoyed a few drinks and some cheese and crackers. Water was provided for us in a small cooler! The location of the Paddle Pub is amazing. It’s right behind Rusty Pelican and Billy's at the Beach. It was a great experience and I will absolutely be returning for more parties !

I was invited to Paddle Pub Newport Beach to celebrate a bachelorette. We had such an awesome time! Captain Jesse & co-pilot Caroline were so awesome! They let us be ourselves & took great pictures & videos of our group! It was such a fun & definitely recommended experience!
