What you'll do:

Step into a playful, joy-filled yoga experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and a touch of clowning magic. Expect lighthearted prompts, expressive movement, breathwork, and plenty of laughter—no performance pressure, just pure fun and connection!

We’ll incorporate playful props like rubber chickens, pool noodles, noise makers, and optional clown noses to spark creativity, break the ice, and keep the energy high and joyful throughout the experience.

This class is designed to help you let go, be silly, and reconnect with your inner child while still getting a grounding, feel-good yoga flow.Expect a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere rooted in creativity, self-expression, and New Orleans flair.
