Are there changing rooms and showers?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving dressed for class. The studio has unisex bathrooms available for changing. There are no showers on site.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

We are located within the French Quarter; amidst magic, debauchery and extremely limited street parking. Street parking is mostly metered on our block. If you are driving, please be sure to allow ample extra time and consider parking outside of the Quarter.  Paid parking is always available at numerous parking garages in the immediate area.

I have no upper body strength, will that be a problem?

Not at all! We are the solution.

I have no flexibility — will that be a problem?
