The Live Embroidery Bar is an on-site embroidery experience designed for intimate, elevated events. We bring a curated menu of pre-made designs inspired by your theme and stitch live throughout the celebration.
Guests can stop by at their own pace, choose a design, and watch it come to life. The setup is relaxed, adding a playful yet refined moment to the event. For larger gatherings, select pieces can also be embroidered in advance and presented on-site.

Tita Bun Collective is not your average embroidery shop. We are a creative embroidery studio that manages every step of the process in-house, from design to final stitch. The result is embroidery that feels intentional, polished, and personal.
We offer custom embroidery and live experiences that turn ideas into pieces people actually want to wear. Our live embroidery activations bring the craft into the room, adding a creative moment that feels elevated without being overproduced.

How does the live embroidery experience work?
We work with you ahead of the event to create a curated patch menu inspired by your theme and overall vibe. On the day of the event, we set up an embroidery station on-site. Guests can stop by at their own pace, choose a design, and watch pieces get stitched throughout the event.
Do all guests receive an embroidered item?
This depends on the length of the booking and the size of the group. We can set a cap on the number of items stitched live, or plan ahead to make sure everyone receives something. For larger events, we often prepare some items in advance and bring them ready to distribute on-site.
Can guests bring their own items to be embroidered?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own items. While we take great care and are experienced professionals, embroidery is done using a machine, and occasional machine errors can happen. We’ll always do our best to guide guests on what works well for stitching.
What do you need from the venue to set up?
We provide the full setup, including equipment and tables. All we need is access to one standard power outlet and a minimum 8x8 ft space.
Can you prepare items in advance?
Yes. For larger parties or hosts who want a seamless flow, we can embroider select items ahead of time and arrive with finished pieces ready to be passed out during the event. We will still bring the whole machine and set-up for additional pieces on-site.

What do guests usually bring to be embroidered?
At every event, we provide complimentary handkerchiefs/bag scarves, which is our most popular item and included at no extra charge. Guests are also welcome to bring their own items. We can arrange for blanks like tote bags, makeup pouches, shirts, and crewnecks. If you’re unsure what will work best, we’re happy to help you decide ahead of time.
