Ron and Pamela were excellent caterers for my Dad's 70th birthday party. They were organized, came early to set up, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing! They provided fresh, local seafood cooked to perfection. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the LBI area. They were such a pleasure to work with!

Ron and Pamela created two wonderful meals for us during our family vacation in LBI. Both meals were creative and excellently prepared in addition to working around quite a few food allergies. We had several chefs during the week and Ron and Pamela were the highlight of our evenings and hands down the best meals of the week. They went above and beyond in prep, presentation, taste, quality and clean up. We can't wait to experience the Finest City Chefs again soon.

This was the first time our family ever used a private chef and it was the BEST experience. Ron and Pamela were GREAT!! The food was delicious. My family had such a great experience with them and loved all the left overs!! They were professional and friendly and we enjoyed talking with them and it added to the event. We absolutely loved Finest City Chefs! We hired them for my mom's birthday party for about 75 adults and children. The food was delicious, high quality, well-rounded (for different dietary needs) and beautifully prepared & displayed. The guests raved about the food and the service. And I loved how easy it was to work with them leading up to the party. Chef Ron and Pamela were very responsive and very helpful every step of the way. They go above and beyond to make sure your event is a success. Would work them them again in a heartbeat.

Chef Ron and Finest City Chefs were amazing! Very happy with our LBI Clambake dinner. Everything was delicious. The chowder was a hit. Everyone commented how tasty it was! We used Finest City Chefs for our micro wedding (about 18 people total), and I can’t say enough good things. The team was professional, communicative, and made really really delicious food. Our guests couldn’t say enough good things about the reception dinner. The team who prepared our meal was so helpful and generous. I highly recommend for small weddings/large dinner parties—such fun!

We recently invited Finest City Chefs to manage a dinner party in our home on Long Beach Island to celebrate a milestone birthday. What a wonderful experience! Chefs Ron and Pamela handled all aspects of the event in a timely and professional manner, which allowed our group to relax and enjoy ourselves. We chose "Chef Ron's Table" - filet and lobster - and were able to make adjustments to accommodate special requests. The Charcuterie board was great, which was followed by a generous shrimp cocktail platter. The filet steaks melted in the mouth, and were cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was among the most tender we've ever eaten. The brussel sprouts were awesome too! We finished the evening with homemade chocolate lava cakes - decadent! Perfect! Ron and Pam are very personable, offering just the right amount of group engagement. They left our kitchen as clean as they found it. We recommend Fine City Chefs highly - no disappointments here. We look forward to having them back again!

What a great dinner! It was a private dinner for 10. Chef Ron and Pamela were just great in every aspect. Good planning and communication prior to our event, arrived on time with everything they needed and the dinner was amazing. Tasty, well served and plenty. Spotless clean up. We had great rapport with them. Definitely recommend them and we look forward to hire them in the future.

We booked Finest City Chefs for a special dinner in Cape May, where we were vacationing with family and friends. The food surpassed expectations. Chef Christopher and Alec were both talented and friendly. One person in our party is a vegan and we were blown away by the care they took with her meal. She was so impressed. We will definitely be booking again. What a special experience.

Awesome dinner made by Chef Ron! The food was amazing ! From the appetizers to the main meal absolutely delicious !Great way to celebrate our 40th anniversary ! No one had to lift a finger - cooking / set up & clean up was all taken care of. Chef Ron was very personable . We all enjoyed talking with him. Definitely recommend Finest City Chef for your event !
