What you'll do:
Gather in a circle with your closest friends to connect even deeper with each other and open your hearts! Using the sacred medicine of Cacao (natural chocolate), we will have a heart-opening guided meditation with an optional sound bath (see booking options), a Cacao ceremony, and sharing circle. The Cacao is prepared as a drink with all-natural & organic ingredients. Oracle cards will also be incorporated into the experience to further explore within & connect!

What is a sound bath and is it included in the experience?

A sound bath is a relaxation technique and meditative experience whereby participants 'bathe' in the sound waves produced by the human voice as well as instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums and singing bowls. It is an optional add-on to the Heart-Opening Guided Meditation with Sharing Circle, Cacao, and Sound Bath experience.

What do we need to prepare for this experience?

You will need a large enough space, either indoor or outdoor, for participants to comfortably circle up and lay down for the sound bath. Please also inform Solshine of any dietary restrictions.
