Do you provide the alcohol?

No. Due to California regulations, clients provide the alcohol. Bad & Bubbly provides the mobile cart, setup, styling, mixers, garnishes, pour service, and overall experience.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Palm Springs, and surrounding Southern California areas. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks during the wedding and holiday seasons. For smaller celebrations and gatherings, 30 days' notice is usually plenty of time.

What types of events do you service?

Weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays, graduations, pool parties, fundraisers, open houses, corporate events, holiday parties, backyard celebrations, brunches, girls' days, or just a regular Tuesday get-down.

Do you only serve champagne?

No! Although we love our champagne and mimosa bars, we can serve Jell-O shots with glitter or edible flowers, cocktails, and even mocktails, and help create the perfect specialty drinks for your event. We have even done an event where it was all soju drinks.

What is included in the mimosa bar?

We will go over the menu together but our mimosa packages include juice options and fresh fruit garnishes. We also offer other upgraded garnishes such as flowers, cotton candy/rock candy, etc.,

How much champagne/alcohol should I purchase?

Accepted Answer

We will help you determine the right amount based on your guest count and event duration. Most events average 2-3 drinks per guest.

Can the cart be customized to match my event theme?

Absolutely! We can offer custom signage, personalized menus, florals, and decor upgrades to match your vision.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We can create a sparkling mocktail or non-alcoholic bubbly bar for guests who prefer alcohol-free options or for any underage guests.

How much space do you need?

Our cart is compact and only about 4ft x 2ft (minus our umbrella). Works well in backyards, patios, event venues, pool areas, and indoor spaces. We'll confirm setup requirements before your event.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling options are based on date availability.

Can I add extra time to my package?

Yes! Additional service hours can be added based on availability.

Do you offer champagne towers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Champagne towers are one of our most popular upgrades and can be added to any package.

Can we rent just the cart itself?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you would like to use the cart for a self-serve station, without a pour service/bubbly bartender, that is an option we offer.
