I booked Ritual for my friend’s bachelorette party a few weeks ago. The perfect relaxing afternoon before a big evening… a really calm setting, clean, lovely staff and loved that we could private hire it for our event. I have converted my friends to be sauna lovers with me!! We’ll be back for the cold plunge once we’ve worked up the courage!😅🧖🏼‍♀️💕

The space is relaxing, the staff is very friendly, and the owner, James, truly goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. Ritual has been an important part of our recovery routine. Ritual is truly a gem in the East Nashville community. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much care and intention has gone into creating such a welcoming and restorative space. The facilities are always spotless, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between calming and energizing. What really sets Ritual apart, though, is the people. James and the entire team go above and beyond to make every member and guest feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is rare, and it shows in every detail. It’s become my happy place- not just for the physical reset of sweating it out, but for the sense of connection. I’ve met some incredible people here, and it’s amazing how something as simple as a sauna session can turn into a real community. The cold plunge is an awesome new addition, and the curated events keep things fresh and engaging. Ritual isn’t just a sauna spot-it’s a space where wellness and community come together in the best way.

Today was the second time I’ve visited Ritual and will undoubtedly continue to return regularly. The space is beautifully done, clean, staff is friendly and helpful and there are options for everyone, whether you’re coming alone or with others. The post-sauna frozen towel and face wipes are a great added touch!

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing space. Amanda (employee) and James (owner) were both so accommodating and friendly. Enjoyed conversation with each and really believe this place is a passion manifested in a business. They genuinely exist to bring the health benefits of sauna to the community. Now, get down there and get your sweat on!! I will definitely be back!!

Super pumped to have a sauna in the neighborhood! Signed up for the unlimited membership and have been going several time a week. The saunas are really beautifully crafted and clean. James, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. It’s been a great spot to sweat, meet our neighbors, and have a generally relaxing time. Always looking by forward to my next visit!
