Enjoy exclusive access to our custom-built traditional Finnish sauna, made of solid aspen and suitable for up to 12 people. This is the perfect way to detox and unwind before, during, and after a busy Nashville schedule. Our beautifully designed space also offers the perfect photo opportunity so you can commemorate the occasion. You can combine the sauna with bespoke classes such as yoga, sound bath, and breath-work to truly maximize your wellness experience. We can tailor the experience to your group's needs!
